Project completed in 2015 - 2016

In the heart of Seoul, on each side of the river Cheonggyecheon popular with couples and tourists, you can find the old neighbourhoods of Jongno and Euljiro. Full of narrow alleys, they're a home for numerous craftsmen, electronics dealers or tiny restaurant owners. When the sun's up, they unexpectedly reveal a myriad of colors that reinforce their unique charm.

Slowly but steadily, the whole area is getting gentrified. Hidden just a block away from the main touristic spots of the city, how long will these alleys remain? While I still can, I am attempting to capture the soul of this place with my camera.
